From the moment you arrive you will be in awe of the ample living space and gorgeous décor. This modern kitchen is stocked with the latest appliances for your use throughout your stay, and a full-size washer and dryer is at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. This professionally furnished home features on the first floor 1 master queen size room with attached bathroom. This home comes with a game room that has a couple of foosball tables, also on the first floor this home has a another queen size room, a full bathroom. On the second floor this home offers another master bedroom with a king sized bed and attached bath. It has 3 full bathrooms also on the second floor; one room with 2 full size beds, one Disney princess themed room with 2 twin beds, one Harry Potter themed room with 2 full size beds, one queen size room, one room with 3 full size beds, another bedroom with a king, and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. In addition to these sleep accommodations this home offers a complete 2nd living area for family comfort and entertainment. Perhaps the most enjoyable aspect of the home is your very own private swimming pool with spa in the backyard. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $60 per week. Each additional week stayed would be an additional $60 for pool heat if additional time does not complete a full 7 days it would be prorated. Lay out in the sun and enjoy a day of poolside fun with your loved ones. Based on availability a grill can be rented for $50. Most of our homes are pet friendly, unless otherwise stated before renting. We do not charge a pet fee. However, pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule.  Please be aware that all reservations must be made by someone over the age of 21. Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in. With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! The Championsgate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.
