Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated four-bedroom/three-bathroom townhome in the Champions gate community. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Downstairs you have a bedroom with a queen bed and attached bath. Upstairs you have a Harry Potter themed bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and the master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool. Take a dip in the pool and grill poolside for some fun in the sun. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $60 per week. Each additional week stayed would be an additional $60 for pool heat if additional time does not complete a full 7 days it would be prorated. Many of our homes such as this one come with a complimentary grill that is available for use. Many of our homes are pet friendly unless otherwise stated before renting. We do not charge a pet fee, however pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250 dollars will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule.  Please be aware that all reservations must be made by someone over the age of 21. Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in. Once you’ve explored the home, head over to the Oasis Club for more fun! With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! The Championsgate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.
